Hi—I'm Pooja Bhatt, a designer, artist, and founder of this studio. With over a decade of experience in visual communication, I’ve led design projects for leading startups like Unacademy (where I was Head of Design for Brand & Marketing), as well as CRED, Aditya Birla Online Fashion, and Decathlon, shaping impactful brand narratives across digital, social media, offline marketing, outdoor advertising, and print.

Previously, I co-founded Thoughts and Bolts, an experimental learning lab focused on design thinking for children. Drawn to storytelling through art and design, I also explore painting through my venture, Paintstories.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me getting lost in a good book or a great film, exploring new trails, or strumming a tune—all of which fuel my creativity.

The name of the studio draws inspiration from rhododendron trees found in the Himalayan regions, a place close to my heart. Their vibrant blooms welcoming spring are a sight—a reminder of resilience and joy.
